- ALWAYS use a primer base under your eye make-up!!! Bases serve many purposes when prepping the lids. They insure a smooth and even application and prevent creasing throughout the day. Bases are also great to neutralize red and blue undertones of the eyelids.
- Eyes first, Foundation second. Doing your eye make-up first allows you to clean up any fallout under the eyes and cheeks. Super important when doing a dark smoky eye. Nobody wants Raccoon eyes.
- Tap off excess eye shadow from your brush before you apply it on your lids. Tapping prevents over-application and fallout on.
- Looking for a quick smoky eye? Try using a Kohl liner all over the lid. Set it with a darker powder eye shadow. Then buff a neutral color into the crease to eliminate that any harsh lines. Finish the look by rimming the kohl on the bottom lash line and waterline if desired.

- Brighten your eyes by rimming your waterline with a white khol eye pencil or use a highlighter on the inner corner.
- Made a mess with your mascara? Wait until it dries then buff or flake it off.
- If you fill in your brows remember to stick with a brow pencil or matte shadow that closely matches the color of your brows. A color that is too dark can make you appear older and hardens the frame of the face. NO BUENO! And dont forget those brow gels too! They make the best of sparse brows.

- Lacking LASHES?! Try a lash primer under your mascara. A primer helps build and thicken your own natural lashes. It also conditions the lashes and keeps mascara from flaking throughout the day. if you've ever struggled with false lashes opt for corner lashes instead. Corner lashes are great for beginners and look amazing on. You can also cut a full band of lashes in half and apply half at a time.

instead of using white highlighter, I go with very light pinkish shade that "almost" looks like white with a hint of pink. This way it doesn't look harsh under the eyebrows
